As manager of Milligan Insurance Agency, Eric is responsible for all
functions of the insurance agency that is affiliated with Farmers and
Merchants Bank. Eric’s specialty is crop insurance, but he also writes
home, auto, farm and business insurance. He really enjoys providing
service to the men and women involved in agriculture and other
businesses involved in the rural economy. Eric has been associated with
the agency and bank since 2001.
Eric grew up on a farm near Friend, Nebraska, and currently lives in
Milligan, so he has been around agriculture his entire life. He is the
oldest of three siblings and he has one niece and one nephew. Golf is
his outlet when work and weather permit.

Vicky is a licensed insurance agent that also acts as the customer
service representative for Milligan Insurance Agency. She can assist
clients with all lines of insurance including home, auto, life, health,
farm, business and crop insurance. Vicky first became associated with
Farmers and Merchants Bank in 1977, and with the exception of a seven-year
stint as a stay-at-home mom, has been with the bank since that time. She
has held many positions within the organization and, as such, is very
knowledgeable of all the products and services offered by the bank and
agency. Her personal goal is to provide the best products and service
possible to all clients.
Vicky has lived in Milligan since 1977 and has two grown children and a
Lhasa Apso puppy named Lexi. She likes to read, walk her dog, watch TV,
play cards and occasionally attempt to put together a quilt.

Part-time Bookkeeper
Judy Kassik
Judy has done bookkeeping for the agency on a part-time basis since
March 2000. Although she does not work directly with the public, her
position is important to the success of the agency.
Judy’s primary job is Kindergarten teacher for the Exeter-Milligan
School District. When not teaching or keeping books, Judy helps her
husband, Perry, with chores related to “Kassik Pheasant Farm” and she
also enjoys Sudoku number games. Perry and Judy have two children, a
daughter in college and a son in high school.
